The symposium aimed to introduce the biological clock, which is an internal mechanism in the body of the organism, self-paced and works to regulate sleep time and changes in the level of hormones and body temperature, and what this clock does in organizing schedules and coordinating with the rest of the cells, to reach what it should be The activities of the body throughout the day, and their effects on the body with external influences, and the effect of their disruption on many vital and health processes of the human being.
