A virtual workshop in the College of Science, Baghdad University by a British Professor from Brighton University
The Dept. of Geology with Avi Cenna unit for e-learning the college of the science of Baghdad University, organized a virtual workshop entitled “The genesis of Iron Oxides-Copper- Gold deposits” in which many researchers and academics have participated from inside and outside the college. This virtual lecture introduced by Prof. Martin Smith (Brighton University, UK), was aimed to identify the guides from the evidence from the Kiruna district and Urals, also the geological ways, types of geochemical and metallic processes that caused these deposits which regarded valued economically. Moreover, how to discover these metallic mineral deposits which include the Iron Oxides-Copper- Gold.
