The College of Science holds a joint workshop between its students and the University of Georgia on coal and sewage removal pollutants
             
The Department of Geology, in cooperation with the Ibn Sina for E-Learning and Continuing Education Units, organized an electronic workshop titled “The Process of Production and Use of Biochar to Remove Pollutants from Sewage Water”, with the participation of graduate students in the department of geology  at the universities of Baghdad and Georgia, USA
